hey uncle don, i saw in your previous posts that your lock screen had a zipper slider on a zipper background. can you show me how to do that?

Yes, my slide to unlock is a zipper. The zipper has to be part of the lockscreen background and the slide to unlock area has to be blank. If you want to send me your lockscreen background I'll paste on the zipper at the right spot and send you all the files you need to make it work.

Download the attached zip file and unzip it. The LockBackbround.png and UISounds folder go in your Buuf theme folder. The files in the com.apple.TelephonyUI go in that bundle. Don't replace your folder with mine. I only included the images you need to make the zipper work, not all the images in that folder. Then en.lproj goes in your com.apple.sprinboard bundle.

Make sure to back up all your original files before replacing them.

thanks a lot. the lock background you provided seems slightly grainier than the original for some reason... or is it just my eyes?

i have a question though, i have tap tap revenge 2 & 3 on my phone. i tried to change the icons but seems like the file name for both are the same. how do i use 2 different icons for ttr2 and 3?

To find out the actual name of an app to change the icon name to match, hold down on an icon until it starts to shake and the X appears allowing you to delete the app. Press the X and a box will open saying "Deleting "NAME OF APP will also delete all of it's data." Note the name of the app exactly as it appears in that box. That is what to name the icon. Press cancel and the home button. Name your icon accordingly remembering that it is case sensitive and punctuation matters.

ATT Mark the Spot, Meet, Photo Stamp & Private - The "Meet" icon has a light gray ring around it that I don't like - can anyone fix it?

I Buufed up Mark the Spot and Meet for you. I also got rid of the ring.

Edit: I also cleaned the smudge off of Mark the Spot.

I've been using Buuf² for a while now and I've made / altered a couple icons to my needs, just thought I'd share if they could benefit any of you. I try to keep it as close to his style as possible.
