I have packaged these into an easy to install folder for winterboard.
Just SSH the folder to var/mobile/Themes and apply in winterboard

I am going to build an entire Family Guy winterboard theme now as I found it quite easy.

I believe the correct directory is private/var/stash/Themes.WuP5yzJ (followed by some random letters&numbers) on 2.0.2
it is for me anyways
