    Talking *NEW* SinCity Winterboard theme in WORKS!

    Hey, this is my attempt(first) at making a WinterBoard theme, i thought id try one using the theme of the great movie Sin City. Keep in mind this is unfinished, as i'm working on more icons, and trying to refine it as well as expand the theme to involve all themable options on your phone.
