Hi I think ist a great work, but what seems like there too many emphasys in the side of the object, make making it look more the front of the gauge.

Also why dont change the fuel pump for a similar battery icon?

Dont get me wrong, its my opinion, your work is great!!

looks nice, my battery goes from 100 to 20 in about 4 hours of playing.

first off all, thx for some real feedback! Love getting comments on my work.

i choose the angle because i wanted something that stands out, and really feels like its a 3d object, and i felt that although the emphasis of the graphics is on the left side, it still carries a good weight if you know what i mean. It nevers feels to leftie for it to be off balance, in my oppinion, and the graphics on the gauge is leftish so it looks kinda weird from the front.

I did add a small electric flash icon inside the fuel pump icon, but it isnt as visible as on the original ( i render them in 1024 pixels then shrink it) And i wanted the fuel icon because it sticks out, fuel is kinda a universal icon for stuff to run stuff, and i felt that it makes the meter kind of special. I could make a version with a batteryicon if you would want it? It´s just a matter of editing the PSD texture connected to the surface.

I love this, i need to know, where else can i pick up some car themes preferable JDM

maybe something close to a boost gauge, and set full battery to 30PSI [NICE]....lol

thank you for this. Now I'm confused which is more accurate? The gauge or my numeric battery indicator?

The gauge would show I'm right below full but my numeric would say 80...

nvm, I mistook this for fuelgauge2.
