Finally found them. They are all in the thread.
The apple with the switch is on page 66 (closer to the bottom).
Both contacts, which is called Groups, and the blue apple are on page 73 (closer to the top).

Int@llous, Assasin's Creed, Wolf RPG, Pacman, Rolando 2, Resident Evil 4 are all already in the theme. Just download iFunbox, find the icon folder in the Stereo Leopard theme folder and look for them. Once you find them, rename them. I appreciate the screenshots, but come on.
As for some of the other ones. There is already a popcorn bowl somewhere in the theme you could use for Flixster. Also, I'm not sure why you need Backgrounder, iBlank, and Springjumps showing on your phone. Do you use them that much? If not, just hide them with SBsettings.
I don't mean to seem rude, but all of this has been cover numerous times throughout the thread.
As for the others, I will try and come up with something.

OK all i need are three icons
Inst@llous, flixters, and F.A.S.T.
And is there a place where I can find all these wallpapers like the mac wallpapers?

Another one for Inst@llous, Flixster, F.A.S.T., Qbert, Jailbreaker

You will obviously have to rename Inst@llous. You will also have to rename F.A.S.T. and Q*bert. You have to add the "*".
I'm not sure about the wallpapers. They have a bunch thoughout the thread.

tim, I have to commend you on your Photoshop skills. I tried like hell on the Ping icon to leave the shadow around the little pac man and chat bubble but couldn't get it for the life of me.

Here are a few more. Not sure how they are suppose to be spelled since I don't have them and I don't think they have been requested yet.

2 for FIFA 10, Super Shock Football, SEC Digital Network, Horror Racing, Antimite

You will have to put the spaces in Bluff My Call and ABC Speller. I wanted to put the "my call.com" under Bluff but I could not get it to look right. Still working on Dictionary. I am also having trouble coming up with CallerID Faker.

ok hopefully this will be an easy explanation. How do I make a 480*320 of a 320*480 .png in adobe? I got as far as making a new 480*320 and copy the image in but then how do I make the image fill up the rest?

Using the Free Transform tool (under the EDIT tab) works great...you can make the contents as large or small as you want.

@ laz305 I think in that sense you just have to scale the image to the canvas.
