tink theme for iphone 3g

Hello all,
I am VERY new to the iphone and I was reading up on it via the internet and came accross this website. I have the iphone 3g and I have absolutely no clue what pewnage is and if it has anything to do with jailbreaking my phone. I just want the tinkerbell theme for my iphone 3g (if available). Can some1 please tell me how to go about doing this. I havn't jailbroken my phone or anything. please help.
