Please help screwed up my keyboard 1.1.2

I went to change my keyboard with the old 1.1.1 file but i never backed up my 1.1.2 files with WinSCP and i deleted them now my keyboard is scrambled and unuseable...........please help i dont want to have to restore my phone all over again

Somewhere in the downloads is a file with all the default iPhone files. Try that? Helped me when I changed something on accident and didn't have a back up. Though when I did what you did, I used Customize to do it, so all I had to do was use the default one saved on that app.
