i like yours much better than my efforts, as your corners are shallower on your backround shadow, i was using autoshaped in paint shop pro, but dont like the big corners. did you use adobe photoshop?

Yes, I used Photoshop.

Press Rounded Rectangle Tool then set Radius to 10px and draw the rectangle, after that set the Layer Opacity to 35% and you are ready to go !
