That's what I originally thought because I had a 5 icon dock, but I don't think it looks too bad with 4 icon.

My new favorite theme, it's awesome. A five icon dock looks best using the "Shelves Ledge" version of this theme.

He added the leaves with photoshop, and the name is the "make it mine" app probably.
