I like it. Really like the tartis at the bottom. Yea what is required to put a whole theme on. I wish ifuntastic would support it as I'm better with GUI

I hate to sound like a noob, but I am! how do i put this on my iphone? ive downloaded it and im using Windows (i know, my bad!) I've used search and still no luck. looks fantastic!
