This time it's a keyboard...


Complete with support for all firmwares!

EDIT 2: 1.1.2 IS NEAR COMPLETION...ONLY A COUPLE MORE DAYS SHOULD DO IT

Also, DarkTouch Productions has gone where no designer has gone before, theming the app called HWPen, a handwriting recognition application. The idea for this came from iPodTouchEdwards, a member of the DarkTouch Productions team.

To Install JUST THE KEYBOARD:
1. Download the Keyboard-Common.artwork AND Keyboard-Latin.artwork for the color you want.

2. Place both files in System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework

3. Restart springboard

To install HWPen also:
1. Download resource.zip.

2. Place the contents of resource.zip in Library/HWPen/Resource

If you have not backed them up, and installed the red one they are overwritten and gone. You will have to download them again from the web.

Damn! Darktouch u know Im use to being the 1st responder, I woke up late.lol. Now when u say "masterpiece" U r being too modest because this is the Shhhhh.. well this is a family board but u get my drift!! THANX for keepin the hotness coming u r very appreciated for all ur hardwork! now in a few days when that blue one comes, I might just wet my pants..... Back to waiting patiently.

I have an iphone with firmware 1.1.2
I did follow the instructions but when I resprung the phone, the red and black keyboard looks all messed up both in vertical and horizontal. Thank God I backed up the original files!

what am I doing wrong?

It's an issue with permissions. My beta testers on 1.1.1/2 had no problems.

^ if not he "maybe" made a mistake and d/l'ed the wrong files. This happen to me a while back when 1.1.3 first came out, I tried to use 1.1.1/2 keyboard files and the keyboards were all distorted. So just double check (even if ur sure) and make sure u grabbed the right files and try it again. Then like DTP said try ur permissions settings. Hope it works 4 u cuz its *Tony the tiger voice* GRRRRRREEEAT!!! LOL.

Check this post "to me" this is the e-z'est way and yes I believe u can use that app to change the permissions too. I think the boxes are suppose to be set up like this "DONT QUOTE ME, im going off memory I can be wrong" xxx

I think thats what they look like how they should be checked (0755) is the permission. Let me know how ya make out.
