It cant be on 1.1.1.. I think he just renamed and app and changed the icon to make a fake iTunes..
Because you cannot change the keyboard on 1.1.1 I am pretty sure..Proud MMi Retired Moderator.

That's an older screenshot of the keyboard. I updated the keyboard to take care of the space bar text color.

You can change your keyboard in 1.1.1 bro....its in the downloads...i did mine the other time

I've tried adding keyboard art work to 1.1 and can't get it to show up , I add it/replace in /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/Keyboard-StandardQWERTY.artwork
is the correct place , I use to add it there in 1.0.2 and it worked but not showing up in 1.1.1 ( after reboot).I don't drink kool-Aid, I don't join cults.
This is why I break out in cold sweat going to Apple retail store.

Give me a few minutes and i'll make a new version of that dock that doesn't have the green block behind it, so it will lay over a wallpaper if you like...
Won't look good with 1.0.2 scrolling icons, but it will look pretty good with 1.1.1's paginated icons.
