Samsung's 'Galaxy Note 8.0' to Challenge Apple's iPad mini

In a move that hopefully won't trigger another legal battle that will dominate headlines for months, Samsung is said to be planning a serious challenge to Apple's iPad mini.
On Thursday, SamMobile “confirmed” that a smaller Note tablet is on the way and could surface as soon as next month's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. The Samsung tablet will be called "Galaxy Note 8.0" and it's expected to deliver most of the features found on GalNote 10.1.
If the details presented by the knowledgeable source are accurate, the dimensions of the Samsung tablet will be 211.3×136.3×7.95 mm and the weight is said to be approximately 330g.Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8.0 will use a 8.0” 1280×800 TFT (Super Clear LCD) display, 5 megapixel back camera, 1.3 megapixel front camera, 2 GB RAM, and 16/32 internal + Micro SD slot, the report reads. The battery of the Galaxy Note 8.0 will be a 4600 Mah one. The Galaxy Note 8.0 will also have many ways of connectivity like Bluetooth version 4.0, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and A-GPS.
The device will run on Android 4.2 called Jelly Bean. Prices, we understand, are yet to be determined.

Everyone acts like retina is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Android doesn't use it..there resolution isn't even close to it. I have a mini and it works just fine. The display is just fine NEXT.
