seriously need a windows version of the conductor server so that i can run this with windows 7.

Already, the Air Display is one of my favorite new apps for the ipad, because it gives new functionality and uses for an ipad in business settings when you're IN the office (i find that the ipad for business is most useful when traveling or out of the office, but less so when in the office!).

SO this Remote Conductor would be another MUST HAVE tool for the ipad when i'm in the office (but must get working on a PC !)

Hmmmm. So I made an iPad stylus the other day as seen here. Sounds like I might be able to use my iPad as a wannabe Wacom tablet for my PC?

A keyboard would make this even more amazing.

You can with AirMouse on the iTouch/iPhone. Uses WiFi and turns your phone into a trackpad for your computer.

Air mouse A.K.A. Mobile Mouse Pro does have all those functions plus many more. It definitely has a keyboard I use it all the time just as someone on here suggested. I have my MBP hooked up to the flat screen and don't have to leave the couch. Hahaha. Another real good one (with a keyboard) is iteleport because I believe it's a "vnc client" so you have access to your whole comp/desktop. I use them both in conjunction with one another all the time. I use iteleport when the writing is too small, mobile mouse for all else. Hope that helped.

started using it today, i like it it works great, but its kinda just a fun thing to do so far. i am starting to find the app switcher useful, although command tab it quick too. Its also very responsive

FYI, we have just released Remote Conductor 1.1 it adds a secure keyboard, a direct connect by IP feature, network test and more. It looks like we are the only iPad trackpad app with a fully encrypted keyboard!

Still working on the Windows version.

We just released a small update to Remote Conductor. Includes some improvements to gesture handling, more flexibility for Launcher custom folders and support for Application alias's. Oh and with iOS 4.3 we can now connect over Bluetooth!
