OMG the iPad is so over due for an update. I cant wait until this is released. I hope they jailbreak soon after because I would hate to wait longer. But o well can't complain since it's free.

can't believe that the 4.1 isn't iPad worthy. at least w/ multitasking. same OS but just bigger. wierd

I'm hoping Apple doesn't keep iPad owners waiting for firmware updates in the future! Let the mobile devices catch up to the 4.2 and release simultaneous firmware updates...all of this iPhones and iTouch get this update and iPads get a separate update is ridiculous...love my Apple products but Apple needs a more uniform scheme with firmware updates...that is all for now :]

I think they are going to have it for all the devices. Finally making them all the same firmware.

I would think that they would really want to get the 4.2 jailbreak out because it is a major update for the iPad. So it could be a good thing for all.
