This is an untethered jailbreak solution for all new bootrom devices... this was tested out on a iPod Touch 3rd generation with 3.1.3 a week ago.

I donated a few hundred to comex so he could get an iPad. He really deserves some financial love. Knowing he's 17, donations supply him with hardware. Now that we met his iPad goal, I think next we should get him an iPod Touch 3rd Gen.
