Go into the main theme and remove this line from the info.plist file under "Time Style"

text-shadow: 0px 1px 0px #c11b17;

Then respring.

I found the PSD file for this theme in the iPhone topic. I was able to make my own changes to the ALT icons. I even found 2 icons in that topic that I wanted to use out of the 9 I changed. I just re-sized the 2 to fit my iPad.

The file is located at /var/stash/Themes.gAuiXt/1NfraRed iPad Alt icon.theme or 1NfraRed iPad.theme/Protube HD-iPad.app

It's the icon@2x~ipad.png file. You need to name your new file exactly how it's written in the app and overwrite the file.

@FibsterOSX, I just changed my icons for YouTube and ProTube and realized they are not following nomad behavior. You have to change the icon in application. You only have to change the image and don't have to create the icon. For Cydia download app, it's located in var/stash/application and for Apple Store apps, it's located in var/mobile/application
Sorry for the confusion but like I said, I did not realize that these 2 apps could not be change withn the style.

its called [email protected] (UISearchFieldIcon.png non retna) , it's in the var/stash/Themes/1NfraRed iPad/UIImage

Not magic, my guess is that you weren't doing a respring from Winterboard the first time to clear the correct caches.

I love the theme but would like to use the standard icons (themed of course for 1nfrared) for the built-in iOS apps, Winterboard, Springtomize, Cydia, etc. Can someone kindly point me in the right direction?

Edit: OK, I think I found the answer in post #127. I will try this and report back if I had success. Thanks.

I'm confused?

The apps that you list are all Cydia apps, not "built-in iOS" apps. Cydia apps and stock apps are theme differently.

Your favorite Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Jailbreak, and Cydia site.
