OK, this is my 1st iPad (I have the 4th version), so is it suppose to flash the 1NfraRed background after each transition? It does not seems seamless since it does that before changing color and fixing itself. Is that normal?

Got to say thanks to broodwar and yamakasi73 for the LS weather themes! They look great on my iPad 4!
I'm always so impressed by what people can do with themes.....from the creation done by flybritn to the kick *** color mods, etc that everyone else does!

Sure. I know everyone will say SSH the files over or something along those lines but I use a program called iFunbox to move files over. Just download the LS weather app you want and unzip it. Launch ifunbox and connect your idevice. Click on iFunbox Classic (upper left hand corner of screen), then expand the following - Raw File System, Var, Stash. From there, click on Themes.xxxxxxx (xxxxxxx varies per device). At that point you can just drag and drop the .theme folder you expanded into the Themes directory. Once its done copying, click the "device safe removal" in the lower right hand corner, and disconnect your device. After a respawn, the theme should show up in Winterboard. Make sure once you copy it over, you use iFile to edit the setup.js in the theme folder you just uploaded to get the settings the way you want them.

ifunbox was simple and your directions were easy to follow. I edited everything with ifile but the time in the design in weather is not showing up. The big date (month, day, year) is correct. When I put my zip code in the WOID, I get Newbiggin weather. Also, like a previous poster stated in this topic, it only works for me if var24 is true. I will play with it a little longer than remove it if I can't get it working. It's really nice and what I was looking for my lockscreen if it worked properly.

Dont put in your zip code. Go to weather.yahoo.com, put in the name of your city and when you click on your city name, look in your address bar....at the end of the address bar you will see a 7 digit code for your city.....that is the code you should use. I have my var24 set to false and its working fine.
I stand corrected. VAR24 set to false and it worked fine before noon my time. Now, same problem as you unless I set VAR24 to true.

It's working now but still have to keep var24 to true. I hope that is fixed but I'm OK with military time since there's a 12h time above it.

Flybritn,
I was actually asking about where and what file name is the red color when you push the setting?

Unzip it and put it in themes, then select it in winterboard.

I did this into my files, but the size is very big. Is there a difference in size to edit for the iphone instead of ipad since I have the phone. It is not centered and off to the right and see only part
I put this theme in my files but the items are not centered and very far right on my iphone. Is there a spot I must edit the size and which files to edit. Any help would be niceLast edited by erikn68; 02-22-2013 at 06:29 PM.
