Durben - was there some kind of weather/clock widget you were talking about, for use on the home screen? Or, is there some way to get the clock that is on the lock screen onto the home screen?

    Image a small iWidget one.
Need the iWidget tweak to use it. Have to get it from that thread. On iPad you can only add the iWidgets in portrait mode. Landscape causes safe mode. It is on page 4 or 8 of the iWidget thread.

I don't claim to be great at this, but these will work for me.

Here's my current iPad setup with this theme. I'm pretty pleased, but I will still tweak a bit more.

Mega-thanks! Yes, that is MUCH better. I did read through the iWidget thread, and just hadn't taken time to attempt tackling it. But, installed the iWidget mod, and then just loaded your clock widget, and poof its there. Looks fantastic!

By the way, it seems like iWidget doesn't like to play nice with DashboardX. Am I missing something? Seems like activating one makes it impossible to activate the other.

I don't use dashboardx but I've heard people had issues.

Hold down in the widget and when it wiggles like an icon move it to where you want it.
Do not put it in the dock.

You also delete iWidgets that way. Hit the x in the corner like an icon.
Hold down a blank spot on the screen to add another ect.

It seems that iWidget and DashboardX both use the same means to activate - a long tap on the screen. When iWidget is installed, then you cannot add a DashboardX widget, and vice versa.

Ha ha, I am the contractor that comes in and installs the granite, and flagstone, or travertine, or slate on your new patio. That's why this time of year is when I am at work, and doing family a lot. My specialty is custom master bathrooms. But whatever keeps the lights on.

I think it's time we hit jimmy for some 7 love for our Mac's What you think about that?

regarding your dock flow? sry i cant help, never use such a thing.

"the weather or calendar things", they both are widgets i believe, you need to have DASHBOARD X and iWIDGET to add them to your springboard. Details step by step instruction? i would suggest you go learn on youtube, they teach much better there for sure
