Just a Boot Logo

So now that the 4.3.1 jailbreak is out for our iPad 1's there are some good options for "Boot Animations".

Well I am just looking for a nice full screen/resolution bool logo. You know, like the kind back in the day of quickpwn for the iPhone.

My question is......is it possible?

Or are we just limited to these lame(IMO) boot animations.

Just a thought, I would love to have some plain old boot logos from the old days of jailbreaking.

I like the animated boot logo. But right now I keep it stock

I'm sure a plain ol' non-animated one can be done. I don't know how, but I'm sure it can. Maybe dissect an animated one and see how it works, then just match it minus the animated portions.

That's a good idea. Do you know where the boot animation files are kept??

I can confirm it works. The images are in /Library/BootLogos

I got a 1027x768 Lam of God Logo working as by boot logo. Pretty sweet.

Almost got the nexus s boot animation working but its a bit choppy, I need to learn a bit more about the requirements for the animations.
