The easiest way is to put two copies of the custom icons into the "Icons" folder of the theme and name them Keynote.png & [email protected] (The name needs be the exact case-sensitive name that the app has on the springboard). Summerboard mode needs to be on for this method.

The second way is to create a bundle in the "Bundles" folder of the theme and place the required icons in there. The trick is getting both the bundle identifier name and the icon names correct. You do not need Summerboard mode for this.

I can recommend the Cydia App "AppInfo" to help correctly identify the correct bundle identifier names and icon names.

I personally use the Bundle method and also leave the original Theme as it comes, making my additions or changes to the theme in an additional created theme running above the original. This way any updates to the original theme will not overwrite your modifications.

Guys, anyone knows if there is a buuf flipclock for Ipad? Tried to search in several different places but I only saw for Ipod/Iphone. when I install, it sets the lockscreen for the size of the iphone. Thanks!

Can someone also help me with the name of the email icons listed below? those icons that appear on the top right hand corner of email screen.

- create new email icon
- back arrow icon (the one that you use to reply, forward, etc...)
- archive email icon (used to move to a different folder)

I want to change them but I'm not finding any uiimage list that have this information.

Can anyone tell me where to go to change the battery percentage font?

I am having a hard time seeing it and would like to change the font to something easier for me to see.

The battery percentage numbers are images and not text. Therefore you have to install a new set of images to change them.

To change them within your theme folder you need a UIImages folder and your replacement images

Black_Percent_%.png
Black_Percent_0.png
Black_Percent_1.png
etc

Black_PercentLow_%.png
Black_PercentLow_0.png
Black_PercentLow_1.png
etc

Silver_Percent_%.png
Silver_Percent_0.png
Silver_Percent_1.png

Not numbers but images, well I guess I will be learning something tonight then...

I am working on a lighter set at the moment. It's a lot of work as there are 40 images to change/create.

I'll post it up once it's done.

If you do one please share. We'd love to see it.

Hi,

No there is no flip clock for the iPad at the moment as far as I know. I am working on one but I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to this.

Those images in mail are simply mask images. You can only change the shape of them and the background color. The only one you can change is the waste bin.

Also I have some icons that I would like buffed, unless they already here been done.

Most of the icons are made from scratch or modified from images from the existing Buuf collection by Paul Davey (Mattahan)

The only place still creating Buuf icons by request that I know of is over here at Buuf4 HD. Come over and see us. We have created thousands of icons already and Doreen, jdewinnaar and myself are still taking and making requests.. If you click my signature you can see a partial list of our created icons which we are in the process of updating and also the current list of requests pending. I know we have done skype....

If you want to request any others, please come over and request them over there. It makes it easier for us to track requests. I have added your requests for xfinity mobile and xfinity tv over there for you as a start.

UPDATE... I have made now made these requests already. Come and get them.

If you get Bababooey's theme there's a heap of icons included.

Alternatively head on over to Buuf4HD. We have thousands of Retina icons and still taking requests even though I'm having a break at the moment due to a death in the family. You may need to resize the icons or it can be done for you by request. We seem to be the only Buuf theme/thread still actively supported at the moment.

hi, i am new here , i using this theme for my ipad 2 ios 5.0.1, everythigns seems fine just some missing icon for mail and music,

but wat concern me the most is the lockscreen theme not working , i did alot work like adding @2x for the file in .com.apple.telephonyUI
and even add TelephonyUI.framework in, but stil it not working ,
it just use back the original slide to unlock bar and slide to unlock icon, not the one in the theme

Edit: Fix the problem by myself haha just add the ~ipad name to the file,i get it while i study the system file.

and now i still unable to fix the icon , coz not all icon is change like mail,music,and some of the masking not wokring for like garage band and facebook

I am having some of the same issues with missing themed icons for mail, music, messages and some others as omegagriever above. I also am observing the same masking problem as well.

FWIW, I am a total novice. I've never themed before and I just jail broke a device for the first time yesterday. This theme is awesome! And I would like to get it working fully on my iPad.

If anyone can point me to a place I can start diving in and learning about theming so I can tweak this thing to my liking, that would be great too!
