Using Photoshop cs the dock is 320/91 pixels

Status bar is 403/20 hope it works for you this is how I make my iPad theme pngs

Statusbar image on the homescreen is FST_BG.png and placed in com.apple.springboard. The statusbar image in an app is the same as theming an iPhone. Just StatusBar.png
