    Easiest way is to do a restore.

    Sync them and you can git them all back on iTunes. But yes it will delete them.

    Apply them back yes after restore is done

    Why would you want to remove your jailbreak?

    An ipad4 (or ANY iOS device for that matter) is useless without a jailbreak. If you don't want to be jailbroken, do yourself a favor & sell your ipad. Then go buy ANY other tablet out there besides an ipad. You'll even make a few bucks when all is said and done. LOL

    I love iOS but lets be honest....Apple's been polishing turds for a few years now.
