Updating iOS and jailbreak again

It's been a while since I had jailbroken my iPad 2. It was when comex released the new jailbreakme which I believe was the first official JB for the iPad 2 at the time. Anyway, I'm still on iOS 4.3.3 and I want to update my iPad to the latest iOS that has been jailbroken. Is this possible? If so can someone point me in the right direction?

I don't believe I have any SHSH blobs although at the top of Cydia it says SHSH: 4.3.3, 4.3.5, 5.0.1, 5.1, 5.1.1 and 6.1.

My recent interest is because all of my .emu emulators stopped working when I updated them through Cydia. They are all legally purchased and had worked wonderful in the past.

Great to hear. My only concern now is I have attempted to Update my iPad through itunes but it failed. Do I need to remove the jailbreak first? Is there a guide here I can reffer to?

Put ya iPad in dfu mode and try again.

Yes you should be able to downgrade with no problem with the shsh blobs ya got.
