Anyway to install Openssh to 2gen ipad without cydia

Ok here is the background story. I'm currently on IOS 5.0.1 and its on my JAILBROKEN 2gen ipad. The thing is, recently my cydia has been crashing. Tried restarting my ipad to no success it still does not boot. So my question to you folks is there a way I can install OPENSSH without cydia. Or to acess my files so I delete somethings off of cydia(Which im assuming why my cydia keeps crashing.)
