hey guys im on ios 5.1.1 and after installing spite im stuck on reboot loop and tried every method i knew but still stuck.Any way of getting out of it because i dont want to restore to ios 6 as i need jailbreak. anything i can do from ssh terminal or ifunbox (like deleting spite files) ?... please someone help

Have ya holding the volume up arrow that will normally put ya device in safe mode.

If you can git into ya file system using a computer that's the only way to git rid of the file. If ya can't then restore would fix it. Iexplorer works cyber duck if on mac

hey i removed that application spite and the name was com.cydia.iphonetweak.spiteipad but still the ipad is in boot loop.what could be the possible reason now?

Though this post is old, I'm gonna add what worked 4 me, since more people might resort to it. I had a similar iussue here but I couldn't even access the file system thru any of those apps (iFunbox, etc). The only thing I could do was put the device in DFU mode, forcing it off and then doing the steps and counting as soon as it rebooted. I even tried to restore it to 6.0.1 and lose the JB, but not even iTunes could kick it out of DFU. As I was desperate, I carried on tryng rebooting and holding volume up for several times, until I it magically booted in safe mode! Yey!!! Thx 2k1, I had never heard of that method B4!
