Downgrading iOS6

hey guys, made the very stupid mistake of upgrade my ipad3 to iOS6 this morning..i hate it and really prefer 5.1.1. Is there any way I can search for and download 5.1.1 and somehow install it using a pc? any help would be much appreciated.

I'm in the same situation as you. I too want to downgrade back to 5.1.1. Going to do extensive Search today

Redsn0w has a feature in extras you could check out. I don't know if it will work on the iPad 3 and also you would need the shsh blob of 5.1.1 unless apple is still signing it.

I saw somewhere that Only A4 devices can be downgraded

Just thought I'd follow up. I downloaded firmware, downgraded and haven't looked back. Lol. Man even the accuracy of traffic in the apple maps is terrible.

There is no way till now to downgrade ur A5 chip device
