DictationPad : can't find it in Cydia... Help

I can not find DictationPad in Cydia. Is anyone can tell me where to find it? Or give me the .deb to install manually?

This website has a working download link near the bottom of it that has the .deb file.

The link might be broken I am not sure I would try it though.

Broken. The download no longer works since it depends on MMi for the download.

As for the tweak itself, it was removed from the MMi repo. I'm not sure why though.
