Confuse about my some of my iPad 3 actions.
I've my iPad 3 jailbroken and recently I started to notices certain actions on my iPad. For example: I would open the "CaneCast" App and notice that the symbol of the Tropical Storm Isaac is moving way faster than it should. Or on the "Intellicast" App the Weather Alerts exclamation symbol is blinking way faster than it should. What can I do to fix this?

Could just be a glitch with the software or their servers, I doubt it could be anything related to the iPad itself. You could try re-installing it.

Sounds more like some kind of tweak was installed from cydia to me.

While in Safe Mode all works fine. I tried uninstalling all the new apps I downloaded from Cydia recently, in search for the one causing these actions and so far nothing. I do know that my iPad was fine on Thursday and I downloaded some apps on Friday, after that the iPad got this crazy faster actions. And those examples aren't the only actions my iPad is doing. Many actions are faster than they should be.
I uninstall the apps I mentioned before and reinstall them, with no changes after reinstalling them. I think I'll have to uninstall everything (except cydia itself) and start reinstalling everything all over again.
I'll give you guys some time before doing anything drastic, in case someone has a clue of what's going on with my iPad or some questions I could answer and maybe could bring light to the situation.

Instead of re-installing, you can just disable your tweaks one by one from SBSettings instead of wasting your time deleting and installing over and over.
