Nope no way to detect it. Is it your own or school letting you borrow it?

Well, a while ago I read something about workplaces being able to detect a jailbroken device. Can't remember the details for some reason...but I doubt a school would go through all those measures to do it. If you hide the signs of jailbreak, then the school likely won't check for it.

If your really concerned, which you really don't need to be, open cydia and install "Poof". Poof hides apps. Then hide Cydia, Poof, and any jailbroken apps using Poof.
It's not like the school would care if it was jailbroken

SBSettings will hide apps just as well. Probably better off using SBS than poof, considering poof also has an icon on the springboard
