I would like to ask,my sister ask me to jb her ipad, but i dont really know about it as i only use jbking my iphone b4.
Will jbking an ipad3 wifi+gsm will update the baseband lke in iphone?
Will the restoring the ipad will bring it back to normal,so that she can bring it to applestore without they notice about the jb?
Whats the best way to jb an ipad3 wifi+gsm?absinthe?or redsnow?

No it will not. Whether you use a straight jailbreak or use a custom fw, the baseband will not be updated. Restoring the device will cause a baseband change if you are restoring to a fw version higher than what it is now. Restoring to a fw version higher than what it is now with a custom firmware will preserve the baseband.
If you're on 5.1.1, both tools work fine. I hear about more problems with Absinthe than with Redsn0w. Personally I suggest redsn0w based on its reliability, but Absinthe is a faster and easier tool to use.
Edit: and yes restoring it will remove the jailbreak and set it back to normal

Most complaints I read about Absinthe is the white icon thing, (I have had no issues with it) easy fix with SBSettings though.

I've seen a few complaint with jb bugs of all sorts. Personally, I used it on my first jb on 5.1.1, didn't have a problem either.
