Go to the advanced tab and make sure set hosts to cydia on exit is not checked. If so, uncheck and close TU and try again

I don't have the slightest idea on what to do next.
If it is just a matter of clicking buttons on TU and iTunes, please give me the sequence and I will try to follow it in detail.

EDIT: I rebooted the pc. iTunes still detect the ipad in dfu mode but it looks like TU does not detect it. Long time ago, I used TU on my iPhone but I don't remember any of those.

I am still getting the same code error 3194. I can't start TSS Server in TU because it is grayed out. TU does not detect the iPad.
EDIT 1: I am just wondering about the "Edit" butoon on TU. I click on it and there is Copy & Paste. What can be copied and pasted? Where from and where to?

Okay I have had this problem before and I know how to fix it. Go to http://ih8sn0w.com/ and download the latest version of iReb.
When it finishes downloading it will be in a zip folder. Extract to your desktop or somewhere your familiar with.
Plug in your iDevice to the computer.
Open up iReb. On the top of iReb it will say "iReb, Recovery Mode Loop Fixer / SHSH Blobs Grabber, and Credits".
Click on "Recovery Mode Loop Fixer / SHSH Blobs Grabber.
Then, click the "Set Auto-Boot True (Fixes 1015 Errors / Recovery Loops)" button.
let it do it's thing and that should fix it.
