Default iPad 2 volume button disable stopped working
As the title suggests I installed this tweak because I dropped my iPad on the volume buttons and now theyre stuck in and the volume icon onscreen is constantly telling my it's muted which is rather annoying. Anyhow my battery died the other day so recharged to find when I turned it back on the volume icon was back even though I hadn't changed anything.

I've tried removing/reinstalling no luck. The only other cydia app I had was sbsettings and activator which I removed both I case of conflict still nothing.

Short of re jail breaking is there anything you guys can suggest?

Reboot your iPad. Now press and hold the Power and Home buttons until the white Apple logo appears. Turn the iPad off. Then check what happens.

If anything, he'd have to restore his iPad to do that so Apple wouldn't be able to tell it was jailbroken. Jailbreaking voids the warranty.

As far as the iPad volume issue in general, if it's still under warranty, take it to an Apple Store and see what they say. They may just might replace it for free.
