What 2K1 is saying you cannot jailbreak at 4.3 nor 5.1.1. You might as well restore to 5.1.1 and wait for a new jailbreak.

Wait... Restore to 5.1.1 or could I simply just press the update button?

Yes, it's the same thing. You can just hit update.

However, I heard Pod2g is going to release a 5.1 jailbreak possibly right? Is Pod going to release a 5.1 or a 5.1.1?

In 5.1.1, Apple has not patched any of the known exploits leading to a jailbreak. iOS 5.1 and 5.1.1 are both tethered and semi-tethered right now so it doesn't really matter. Pod2g has revealed that a jailbreak will be coming soon though.
