iPad 2 Jailbreak questions.

So i'm totally new to the iPad and jailbreaking scene, please pardon if these things have been covered elsewhere...
I just obtained this iPad 2 and the person i purchased it from already had it upgraded to 5.1 I understand that there is no current jailbreak method for the iPad 2 running 5.1 firmware. I also understand that i cannot currently downgrade to 5.0.1. I also understand that there will be a method release on redsnow or absynth which will allow downgrading from 5.1 to 5.0.1. My question is if i didn't own the device when it had 5.0.1, if it ever did, and save these things called SHSH blobs ( which i have no idea what they are) will i ever be able to jail break this ipad?

Could i not just get those blobs from somewhere on the internet?

SHSH Blobs are not needed to jailbreak, just to downgrade. And no, SHSH are unique to each device

Sorry the answer is no you can only use the shsh blobs for that iPad2 they have there one.
