I am totally stuck. I can't do anything. I cant update nor can I update to a specific IPSW. I remember this same thing happened with an iphone I sold. I am on a mac and i remember there was something I needed to disable for the updates to work. The only issue is I can't remember what I had to disable on my mac
I have a netbook so I am going to try windoze to update my ipad2.

Does itunes have to be running? sorry for all the questions. I am frustrated as this happened before with an iphone I sold. Mac sucks for this updating. At least on my mac for some reason.
