Hey guys just bought an iPad 2 (my first apple product). Its on 5.0 and i cant update to 5.0.1 cus Apple stopped signing! I can only upgrade to 5.1

    Unhappy Jailbreaking iPad 2 5.0 9A334
    Hey guys just bought an iPad 2 (my first apple product).
    Its on 5.0 and i cant update to 5.0.1 cus Apple stopped signing!
    I can only upgrade to 5.1 which does not have a JB yet!
    Can I upgrade to 5.0.1 using some old version of iTunes?
    Some people recommended this method but im not really sure!
    Whaddya guys think?

    No, you cannot restore to 5.0.1 except 5.1.
