Default 4.2.1 to 4.3.2 is it worth it?
Is it worth updating to 4.3.2 from my existing 4.2.1 on my iPad 1? not sure what the extra improvements are.

I would upgrade to 4.3.2, maybe its just me but I always like runing the latest firmware.

I have not updated, only because it doesn't seem worth the hassle of modding everything again.. One day I may update, but not today! Lol. Perhaps I will wait until 4.5 or 5.0 or whatever to be "unveiled" to make the leap. I'm on 4.2.1 btw.
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix

See iOS version history - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia for details of changes (the link is actually half way down the changes so scroll to the top).

looks like there is a lot of bug fixes, although small ones

the biggest plus is the "increased battery life" but if you are like me, your ipad doesn't leave your house too often so its not a big deal
