What was ur Last App that you installed? It sounds like there's an Compatibility Issue. It is Not by our Hands that things Change, BUT rather our Interventions that change ourselves.

I did the complete cydia upgrade. Now I'm toast.
I have uninstalled, sbsettings, gridlock, backgrounder, iconoclasm, shrink.
Still boots into safe mode...
Just removed, fakeopereator. And its back out of safe mode... Weird.

This is why I like to see what cydia wants to update before doing so... You could uninstal MS (which wuld suck to then have to reinstall everything) or you could just disable the different MS Tweaks that you have intsalled. SSH in and rename all of the dylib files in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ to tweak.disabled (leave the name alone, just change the extension from dylib to disbled.) Once you do that try to run the command "killall SpringBoard". if you get to yur springboard, you are in luck, you will not have to restore. Next, one by one, change the disabled extensions back to dylib. This may take some time, but it is the only definitive way to determine which tweak caused your safe mode issue. If this doesn't work, then you may have to restore...And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix
