Default unjailbreak ipad 4.2.1 without FW restore?
Ok, so this ipad can't charge with wall charger or takes a whole day, neither it syncs to itunes. Seems a hardware problem as reported in other forums.

I want to remove the JB so I can bring it to apple for warranty. it is the greenpoison JB.

is it even posible? Can I remove traces of JB without the ability to connect to itunes?

    Thanks a lot.

NOOOOOOOOOO do not do this. You will put your iPad into a nonstop recovery mode and will have to restore for sure.

well, kinda makes sense to have an endless loop in it, so apple can replace it and they wont have a chance to know it jailbroken or not. will this approach work? what you guys think?

They'll basically know its easier to just restore

    Hello, i'm back again.

So I did the "Erase all contents and settings" and the Ipad got stuck on the apple logo. i took it to the genius bar and dont konw what this guy did but as soon as he hooked it up to his mac the the ipad recognised and got the new firmware. Now its up and running, now have to downgrade to 4.2.1 and JB again.

The guy at apple store was willing to replace it with a new one, but its better to have it fixed, it was apparently a software issue after all.

Thanks guys for all your valuable help.

Great to see that it worked out for you! It really does seem like whenever you take your iDevice to the genius bar, they can magically make it connect to their evil system and fix it for ya.. All that heart-ache for 5 minutes of a smug 20 year old kid to fix it and treat you like a fool! lol. Sorry, my experiences from there end up like that! haha. Wow, what a tangent...
And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix
