After Jailbreaking an iPad
So, I've been pretty bored with my iPad lately. I'm looking for anything cool I can do with it. Any cool tweaks or things to make it more interesting.
Things like this include, but are not limited to:
-Alternate operating systems (I know openiboot is being brought to the 4th gen devices now)
-Themes that make the iPad work like it's running another operating system
Anything'll help. Thanks in advance.

OpenIBoot has not yet been released on the iPad. It is still in testing.
OpenIBoot is released for the iPod touch 1st generation, iPhone 2g and iPhone 3g.

Graviboard is fun to play with and impress your friends.
As far as themes goes. Well I like using subtle video wallpapers now with vWallpaper. It's not popular for the iPad yet because there's hardly any videos with the proper resolution. I'm hoping it'll gain popularity with the release of the new iPad soon. And Barrel gives the swipes between pages a cool look too. Just a couple of my favorite things off the top of my head.

I have previously successfully jb iphone3gs/4 with GP, so i don't think i did anything wrong

The firmware is 4.2.1. Your modem firmware doesn't matter, as an unlock is not needed for iPad.
Perhaps try using RC6 of GP, it worked for me.And it will be like a taco inside a taco within a Taco Bell that's inside a KFC that's within a mall that's inside your dream! Springboard screwy after reboot? Here is the fix
