I had no problem on 4.2.1 OS.
What happens when you run the program and clicky the jailbreak button?
Im assuming DFU mode isnt hanging you up since you can do it on phone.

Yeah I JB both mine and used Tiny Umbrella too upload all my Purchased Apps even though now it's all apart of Cydia. So try again cause it's possible your Doing something Wrong.
