Hey all, great site, glad I found it. I have a question... I have an iPad running jailbroken 3.2 firmware. I run a bunch of apps from Cydia, themes, etc... so I want to stay jailbroken, but there are some apps that I want to purchase for work that require me to be on a 4.x firmware. As far as I can tell there is still not an untethered windows 4.2.1 jailbreak, although we keep hearing one will be coming soon. Is there a way I can upgrade to 4.2, or something like that and jailbreak it, allowing me to continue using my cydia apps while getting the functionality of 4.x firmware? I figure in iTunes the only thing I can upgrade to is 4.2.1, which I don't want to do until the untethered JB is released. Can I download the older 4.x firmware from another location and restore it in iTunes?
Thanks for your help!

Actually, GreenPois0n just released GP RC5 for Mac, and is apparently one for Windows tomorrow or Monday. If it isn't I'm jailbreaking mine in a authorised Mac shop.
GreenPois0n RC5 is fully untethered.
