I detached my USB thumb drive connected to the iPad via the camera connection kit in iFile. However the drive icon still remains whenever I open iFile and it just flashes on and off. The worst part is that now iFile will not read my thumb drive when I plug it in. I am running 4.2.1. I also tried to delete mount1 in iFile but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
