Default Dont want to loose my appsI
So im thinking about upgrading and jail breaking with 4.2 today but I don't want to loose all my apps because I have around 600 apps and I don't want to go through all of them and reselect the ones I want/don't want... When I upgrade and jailbreak can I use a back up to put on the same apps I had on before Jb?

Create a backup in iTunes and whenever you restore, it will only sync apps from backup. Or if you just update it won't delete them

    Yep as stated above,
    1. Plug iPad into iTunes
    2. Click iPad in the sidebar
    3. Click apps tab
    4. Check the box that states app sync
    5. Accept the popups
    6. Click transfer and wait patiently while all your 600 apps transfer

Unless the iPad Fails when Updating, my iPhone did that 4 times in a row of course I found out that my computer has an error so I used a different Mac
