I got my iPad a few days ago, it screwed up and I had to restore. Of course it restored to 3.2.2 and now I can't get back to 3.2.1. Cydia does not have the info needed to do a 3.2.1 restore, so it is impossible to restore...
Now my question is: is it possible to edit the 3.2.2 SHSH file to make it look like a 3.2.1 SHSH file? If so then that could be the only way out.
Edit: Additional question... Would it be possible to enter another ECID that has been registered with Cydia? Isn't that like the core of the problem? That the ECID is the "controller"? But I don't suppose anyone wants to share the ECID of their iPad (don't know if it could do any harm if people knew each other's ECIDs).

It doesn't matter. So long as the SHSH doesn't match your ECID, you're not going to be able to use it.
Now, if you're the guy that ends up decoding the SHSH so that we can create our own SHSHs, you'll be quite the celebrated hero.
