Agree, Print Magic HD works very well for me, and doesn't require you to run some nasty server software on your computer. In fact, with my old HP Laserjet 2300D, it just found it and printed across my local network without any effort.

None of the print apps allow you to print from Pages, Numbers, KeyNote, etc. They copy the text but none of the formatting.

Yeah, this is a drag although in a pinch you can get Print Magic HD to print from those apps formatted with a cheesy workaround: In Keynote, if you select all and then copy, when you open PMHD, your slide will be ready to print fully formatted with graphics.
In Pages and Numbers, you can view fullscreen and then take a screen capture, which can then be opened from within Print Magic and printed. Certainly not ideal, but in some cases, better than nothing.

I have found ePrint to be a superb printing app on the iPad. It finds and prints very well on any printer on the network (I use an Epson recent model). Sure you can print screen shots, photos and anything on the clipboard, but more importantly you can use a cloud account - I use iDisk - to get full document printing.
For example, I open an email attachment in ReaddleDocs, upload it to my iDisk from within ReaddleDocs, then open ePrint, access my iDisk, open the document, press print, and Voila, top notch printing without the silly, purpose defeating process of having to be tied to server software on a computer.
Now with the latest update, you can open mail attachments straight into ePrint and print directly to a printer on the network. That's gotta be unbeatable!Last edited by thetomz; 05-21-2010 at 05:38 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Nice to know they've added iDisk support to ePrint. Last time I tried it, that wasn't there.
I haven't found a way yet, though, to send iPad Pages, Numbers & Keynote documents to iDisk. That's the big snag with those apps right now. iWork.com just seems like a cruel joke.

DaveiPhone,
I have to confess that I held out on the iWork suite in favor of Documents to go and the latter's imminent (?) update will add both iPad resolution and iDisk compatibility. Can't imagine why Apple wouldn't have taken care of iWork/iDisk integration earlier.
