Skinning the iPod

I was wondering how difficult it would be to skin the iPod app of the iPad. I'm looking to at least change the backgrounds in the library to a dark grey or something. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated..

Just view the images in var\stash\applications\mobilemusicplayer.app and modify/replace the images you want to change.

Tried that, but every time I copy the pngs over from the iPad they show nothing. They're just bank.

Anyone have a clue about this? I would like to be able to at least change the background color to something darker.

Same here- I would love to have the background for album view dark like you can in iTunes.
Anybody?

They are blank because you have to convert the iPad png that apple makes to a png that your computer can read using a converter which can easily be found doing a quick search
