'd uninstall webviewcontroller... if that doesn't do it then reflective dock.

I had the same problem with crashing but my spring board was also messed up when trying to move icons in landscape. I noticed it right after downloading a theme that required five icon dock. But when I delete it my springboard still has the same problem. Here's a pic
