I have a replacement iPad 3 with WiFi occasionally dropping issue. I took it to Apple store yesterday, and a genius took it to the back and ran a diagnostic test. He came back and said everything seem to be fine. Since it was replaced once in February, he thought the problem is with something else, but not the iPad. Thus, according to Apple's policy, he can't replace it again. He told me the only way for them to replace is that they have to see the problem in-store.

Anyone knows of a way to duplicate Wifi dropping, so I can show it to them? As of now, it only happens once all twice a week without any rhythm or reason.
